While it would be impudent and improper to suggest that Wikileaks is biased in its disclosures; One does wonder if they are balancing their investigations and disclosures on Hillary Clinton (and, the Clinton Foundation) with equal vigour on the Donald Trump emails. Certainly, hacking is illegal. But, where Wikileaks alleges a sincere ethic in making disclosures in the public interest; then, it is reasonable to consider that their disclosures and "reporting" appears to be simply to target the prevailing US administration; and, therein, Secretary Clinton as a past-factor therein.
