The unfolding of a global new socio-economic world central planning mission has the support of modern nations; and, it remains the task of bringing all state nations into a more robust planning process that moves beyond fundamental Malthusian economic theories; and, into the more comprehensive "for-profit humanitarian" applications for natural resource developments; and. more importantly, to provide a wider swath of populace education, as industry brings forward more technologies that are going to displace fundamental and traditional labor resources; with global population speculated to reach 20 billion by the end of this century.
